Position - Retail Sales Associate

Role Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, sharing your passion for music, and helping customers navigate our extensive selection of products. Whether it's guiding a first-time learner or assisting a seasoned musician, your work will directly contribute to our mission of making music accessible to everyone.


Job Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Flexible Availability anywhere from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Excellent Work Ethic
  • Reliable, Cooperative, Positive Attitude
  • Ability to Stoop and Lift up to 30lbs unassisted
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
